Hello to all my gluten-free and Celiac friends, I was in PA visiting my family and we stopped at hickory grill and bar. The atmosphere was amazing. Our our sweet was Brandy, and I told her I have a gluten allergy and she told me that the items that I can eat and made sure to tell the cooks and write a note. I had the steak, the coleslaw and the grilled shrimp and everything was delicious. I will definitely go there again and try different options. They do have some of the options as gluten free in the menu. Just let them know that you have an allergy and enjoy!

Simple menu with high quality and unique meal adaptations. Also has great beers and very nice atmosphere with an additional enclosed patio open all year. One of the favorite restaurants of Hermitage. The staff makes you feel like you're known and are very attentive. This place is just an all around great go to restaurant.
We had the most wonderful experience here! Our server was Dominique and she was so attentive, kind, thoughtful and pleasant. I am so happy we had her as our server. The food came out incredibly fast and was wonderful. It's been a while since we've been here and it will not be long before we are back again. I can't wait to come back and try some of the specials.
Stopped in Hermitage for the night driving from Chicago suburbs to New Jersey. A Monday night so lots of places are closed but hotel desk clerk suggested Hickory. Food was flavorful and well prepared, the staff could not have been nicer, the vibe was homey and companionable, and the beer was cold and refreshing. Great place!
Stop in after shopping. Little after 5pm,seated in less than 15 minutes. Jay was our server, he did a great job. He had 2 other tables that I could see, for a total 11 plus the 2 of us. I had the English Stew "Great" My wife had Kielbasa and Pierogies though it was great. Start their chips didn't even need to salt them. WE WILL BE BACK!
This place is amazing and the servers are personable. Its moderately quiet with good drinks and even better food. Ive had a little bit of everything on their menu now and nothing has dissapointed.

Went to lunch with 25 of my closest motorcycle buddies...they were very accommodating with such a large group. I has the Fireside burger with fries. The burger was cooked exactly as ordered and well seasoned. It comes with cheese, bacon and a few onion rings with a Sriracha mayo (which I didnt try..don't like any mayos). The fries were perfect. Fresh cut I believe. I could've eaten just those and been happy. The servers were very attentive and friendly, never had to ask for a refill. Other menu items ordered in the group sitting with me that looked good included the Big Fish sandwich and a few different salads...chicken and vanilla bean. Nice 1st experience. I dug right in and forgot a "before I ate some" pic. This is the "ate half" pic.
